up in arms that people don't like BK, even though he's winning now. I want you to get 3 images in your head:
1) BK grabbing David Grimes and pulling a fist on him.........THAT'S Brian Kelly unfiltered.
2) BK saying, when asked what went wrong against NC State, "we couldn't snap the ball". Even though he was the one calling plays in shotgun in high winds and 2" of standing water on the field......THAT'S Brian Kelly unfiltered.
3) BK saying "get used to it" after making, quite possibly, the dumbest play call in history. With a noodle armed, true freshman QB, none-the-less.........THAT'S Brian Kelly unfiltered.
Those are just a few examples of who BK is as a human being and unfiltered by PR people.
Some of us aren't going to change our opinion of a man just because he wins football games.
It's the crazy ex-girlfriend obsession with him that gets tiresome.

...the Declan Sullivan reaction by both he and Swarbrick.
field goal was supposedly imminent. Our kicker had missed either a short field goal or extra point already that game or if I am wrong there was trouble on the snap earlier. It wasn't a bad call, Rees should have just put it where only his receiver could catch it and Floyd was a great receiver and had great position if the ball was thrown properly. As far as snaps, they were horrible that game and several others during the year, very inconsistent often soft and high, or hard and low.
you soft motherfuckers who can't handle a little physicality are the only ones bitching about that. The rest of your drivel...Meh.
I guess they never played a sport where they got there but chewed out by a coach for doing something bad. I did and my dad even said I should have gotten my ass chewed out.

daily, "I hate Brian Kelly post." It doesn't add any insightful commentary. It is too much like daily political bitching, which I try to avoid at all cost because it is not productive, only divisive. I respect persons right to like or dislike a coach, but is a daily rant necessary? The players sure seem to like the guy and are often quoted as saying how genuine he is. Just my opinion.
Please share these plentiful quotes about Kelly’s sincerity.
Do your own research.
There’s my research.
How old are you? Why does anyone care what a 17 yr old has to say?
quote recruits and ND players? Why don't you tell UHND to stop producing articles because adults shouldn't read them.

to be overwhelmingly in support of Kelly I go to ND every year, talk to people in airports, the stadium, Morris Inn, BARS, RESTAURANTS To be honest, I haven't heard a negative voice IN YEARS; last time I remember was a grad after the Northwestern 2014 game, and yes, BK blew it and even that guy was tame, wishing aloud that BK would go to Florida..
and, THESE ARE THE people who financially support the program, as distinguished from a guy behind his computer..
This board likely represents about 50-100 people's thoughts on the ND football program.....I am guessing it's 1/3 alumni and 2/3 subway alumni
It is a far, far stretch from reality......at best
So yes we agree
It would be interesting actually to see some statistics on the demographics/history of this board......
How many posts per day? Posts per month?
Who posts the most?
How many folks are posting?
Where do folks live?
Alumni/Subway alumni?
Would be quite enlightening?
Posts stop. Sound like a deal?
Ironic how it’s ok to keep posting the homer bullshit every other thread.
Ever diligent in his efforts to expose exuberant Notre Dame fans on a Notre Dame fan site, Board Nanny soldiers on.

fans about the team. If I wanted to read about how the program is horrible or not relevant, I would look at other venues or go to NDN.
You complained about daily rants and so did I....we beat Iowa State and all the homers think we’re the second coming...sorry if you don’t like it, I could care less

recovered and which the NFL expert said should not have been overturned along with a couple of other plays that went against us on referee decisions that the NFL expert said should not have been overturned it MIGHT have changed the momentum and who knows. I said nothing about Love or mentioned that we WOULD have won in either of the circumstances I mentioned. Now I have never personally attacked you but you are falsely accusing me and are using my name to promote your own agenda. You are being a shithead. You may not be a shithead but you are being one now.
What an outburst from you, unusual

Also, according to Wikipedia, he still works at ND, so maybe it is not as bad as you think.

they made up afterwards and it's great that DG still works there. They are grown men afterall. I am and was talking about BK's gut reaction, who he is at his core, versus his prepared media persona.
When he gets pressured, his reactions have been very unbecoming of a man in charge of any major program or leader in general.
And the person telling the story (a player) said everyone thought saban was going to help the guy, but instead he just stepped over him and when up to his office. He came down a few minutes later and gave a speech about doing what is best for the team to justify what just happened.

Also, if a camera followed you around at your job for the last 10 years do you think it would have captured 3 bad moments?
2) Holtz grabbed a fully padded player by his facemask. He didn't physically threaten an unprotected guy who knew there was nothing he could do about it. 3) What does my work or personal history have to do with a guy in a very public position, tasked with coaching and mentoring young men? It's not relative in any way.
So, is there a magic number of incidents that has to occur before a person makes it to your "bad boy" list? One or 10 incidents, a line was still crossed.
An unprotected guy??? Do you even know his background and role??? A former football team captain and CURRENT Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at ND. Unprotected? I think that he could have taken Kelly easily. LOL.
