Quite a few I'd take over Brady but Montana is the G. O. A. T., Brady is the beneficiary of Belichick's schemes and top 10 Defenses and GREAT PLAYOFF DEFENSES that allowed an average of just 3.2ppg in 4th Quarters in AFC-C/SB!
How about Joe Brady? He's got an Orgeron coached team in a championship game. That's miraculous.

They both were lucky to play for great coaches at well run organizations
There are probably are probably a dozen qbs who would have rung up the same results had they been in their shoes.

Joe played better against the best teams than did Brady.
But neither comes close to Bart Starr. His qb rating is 104.8, which gives him the best post season qb rating in NFL history....
Put either on different teams and neither makes the list.
Of course, there are a gazillion QB's who would not have taken maximum advantage of these opportunities... so they deserve credit for that.
Switch them, and which one plays better? I'll go with Joe.

And looking at it in an unbiased fashion, Brady is better. Won more big games, gone to more Super Bowls, done it with a bunch of different personnel around him. Simply put, he doesn't have to prove it because he is.
