If you go by total rushing yards gained, the answer might surprise you.

He should be listed under Georgia Tech, and not us.
That being said, it's a shame that he had those injuries during that time. He had actually beaten out Ricky Watters for the starting job in 1990, until the injury bug bit him. He would have had a very fine career at ND, running behind those amazing offensive lines.
we ever had. He proved it at ND and he proved it in the pros. He was a cocky player but man he backed it up. Remember at Tennessee 1990? A late injury in his pro career cost him a shot at the Hall of Fame. He was a much better receiver than Levens and had a far better pro career too.
Two fumbled punts against Stanford, and a big time fumble in the Orange Bowl made the difference.
Not to mention, he almost cost us the Miami game with his critical fumble as well.
on the last play of the game in 90. You could take a lot of plays during games that hurt us but that we had time to overcome in any year but the last drop in 1990 was critical. I believe Bettis fumbled two to three times against Stanford in either 1990 or 1992.
Jerome Bettis' stats in 1990:
He ran the ball a total of 15 times for 115 yards in 1990.
Any number of search engines will show you that you continually spout the same garbage over, and over. Jerome Bettis fumbled exactly ZERO times against Stanford in 1990, Ricky Watters fumbled twice, and also fumbled away a promising drive in the Orange Bowl.
Now, if you have some sort of proof that history were altered, or that we're now living in an alternative universe where your fantasy has come true, then please post proof. Otherwise, you have one heck of a retraction to make, regarding your assertions and blatherings.
Seriously, stop your fibbing. Your behavior looks even more foolish with each of your posts when you do this.
I still remember your accusing Sam Mustipher of deliberately tanking multiple games in 2016, since you were so desperate to cover up for Malik Zaire's terrible performance that year. You were more than happy to throw one of our most loyal and hardworking players under the bus just to further your own petty squabbles. This is very disgusting behavior by anyone who would call himself a Notre Dame fan.
You actions are definitely NOT a good representation of what a true ND fan is, and honestly, this community would be a lot better off without your spiteful and petty blatherings.
