And if LSU has herd immunity without any serious medical consequences for the players (and apparently the students as well)... were the athletic lockdowns more political than medically necessary? Oh! And does the Big Ten have egg on its face for shutting down and now opening back up?

IDK if this matters, but Louisiana's COVID infection rate is much higher than Indiana's

Tho this could be a misleading comparison due to testing and reporting of cases. Hard to know if either state is transparent in their reporting or not due to a failed national strategy and piss poor leadership.

The SEC allows for 90 day testing which should cover this season

Well, they won’t have the problem during the CFP now, but instead against their cupcake.

Just a guess, but I bet LSU had a lot of “unorganized” practices during the off season

that not a single human has the answers to all the questions...so how could any of them be right or wrong? Worldwide, we likely know about 10% or less of what we will know about the virus and how every decision should be handled than we will in another 5 years or more. It is all SWAG at this point.

The greatest and most informed minds on earth are just gathering information and admittedly know little. Of course, Trump has all the answers, which says it all about his mental capacities and boundless....er...wrong word, sorry....useless ego.

Side note: Loved seeing all the puff pieces about Ed O's enduring love for his wife through difficult health issues...to then have them divorce almost immediately after the NC.
