ACC should schedule ND out of Wake make up game
ND will clinch spot in ACC title game with win over Cuse this weekend.
Clemson doesn't appear to be re-scheduling their postponed game against FSU for next weekend.
So Clemson will have an off week, ND will have to play... while plenty of other teams in the conference are looking for games to finish up their regular season.
Wake was supposed to play Miami this weekend, and that appears to be off. Cancel ND/wake and Let them push Wake/Miami out a week.
There is no point to having a meaningless game under these circumstances. Let ND and Clemson both have a week off before the ACC championship game.
This makes too much sense to me.

I fear the only way the ACC makes such a move in our favor is if ND gives them something in return,
such as full membership in football. As long as this season is a one-off, we have no real standing to make demands, unfortunately. Many people think our independence is essential. I don't. Go ahead, throw your empties.
Agree. Join the ACC for good, 8 to 9 conference games, USC and two other opponents one from a group
of 4 and one other blockbuster game a year. Better shot for qualifying for playoffs. Maybe it can be done with USC and one other opponent and 9 games.

Which is probably the correct approach. Last I checked this decision wasn't up to Dabo, and they shouldn't let him whine his way out of the game.
I'm fine either way, but if Clemson gets a bye, so should ND.
I think FSU (and others) have multiple games that could be made up. But, yes, should be consistent.

That gives them their best chance of getting two teams in the playoffs which is good for their brand. Gives them two weeks to hype up ND vs Clemson 2.
Having ND slip up against Wake wouldn’t be a good scenario for them.
Follow the money. ND is a TV draw. IMHO the WF game will be played unless there is an outbreak.
