For years, I've watched their games and am just so jealous of how they can flip a close game and rip their opponents hearts out in a matter of a couple of minutes. They especially seem to be able to do it at the end of the first half. I can't count the number of times I've been watching a close game and thinking they might be in for a fight, just to see it change in the blink of an eye.
Anyway, that's what I saw from the Irish yesterday. A close game, ND letting a lesser team hang around and then, Boom! It was sooo great to see. How many people thought we'd ever see a Brian Kelly team get aggressive with 30 some seconds left in the half and score a TD? Maybe he is still evolving and developing a killer instinct. That would be nice.
