Honestly I'll be pleased if we keep it to a 20 point loss and score anything more than 24 points. That game plan last night was indefensible and thinking you're going to line it up and out physical a program like Clemson for a second time was ridiculous. For them to keep it just competitive, they have to throw SOMETHING in there different from what's been seen all year. Will they? Probably not. I do not believe anyone here are under such delusion, that to even have a chance to make it interesting, that team will have to nuts the fuck up and play out of it's mind.

ever has the underdog won since David vs Goliath? What an opportunity!!! Man do I love playing the best. If you don't, you are a loser. There is only one risk....that one's ego gets beaten to a pulp, and not a person in the world gives a snot about that. This Irish team has the opportunity to go into battle one more time against one of the best performing teams ever....at least I am certain they understand and embrace that, will be motivated to play their best, and understand how special it is. As should any team in the same situation.
they are capable of beating us badly. If they are off, and our well recruited 4 and 3 stars play our best then we can maybe only edge them. Obviously hope for the latter on any given day and that's why the play the games. I rather be in than out.
In other words it is not happening. I just want us to keep it under three touchdowns. I was hoping A&M could get in so we could play a team that we actually have a shot at beating.

I don't see how we can score enough to stay in the game. We are not going to have any chance to win unless we can score at least 30 points on Bama's defense.

and we all know who. If Lawrence is on, Bama will have almost no room for error on either side of the ball to produce a win. If Lawrence is sacked and/or rushed all night, Bama should plod to a two touchdown win or more. Likely, it will be a barn burner but no one knows who will put the ball on the ground and how often and that is the biggest unknown. I look for Lawrence to shine and Clemson to win by 4 at the wire...but I am sure not foolish enough to make any categorical statements other than I can't see ND beating the Tide in the semis....hoping they can create some offense though...just don't know how if Book can't see his receivers..

Not to mention the best player in the nation.
Can they beat Bama? I think they will.
