I remember thinking that years later about Reggie Bush. He was the one guy you wanted to watch...on a team with a lot of talent.
My favorite is Bo Schembechler, when asked about the Rocket before the 1 vs. 2 game, announcing: "We're Michigan. We don't kick away from anyone." Two Rocket kick returns for touchdowns later, Michigan kicked away from the Rocket the third time.
Almost won that Orange Bowl against Colorado. He was robbed twice that year.

If the most decorated LB in the history of college football can't win the Heisman over a redshirt freshman QB, then they should just rename the award - the best offensive player.
