My top points of interest:
Offense:
How do the QBs look?
Are the receivers creating separation and have opportunities to be explosive?
Do we see RPOs?
How does the OL hold up?
Defense:
Are they flying around in the new Freeman Defense as much as it appears in the practice videos?
Do they give up any big plays?
How does the young/inexperienced secondary look?
Outside of Foskey, can the other DEs get to the QB?

Every major power plays aggressive - win or lose - and ND has and has had the athletes to do so. You play conservative, you get what we've been seeing the past 10yrs. Only moments of great play has come from players like Russell, Bennett Jackson, Love, Crawford, just being instinctive athletes but as a whole the secondary has always been coached to play soft. Never made sense to me with the kind of athletes that have been at ND at the position.
