It's 100% up to BK and his staff to mentor and nurture these youngsters and help keep them involved. Imagine that. A freshman athlete struggling to adjust to life as a Notre Dame STUDENT/athlete. That's never happened before. Where the hell are the Captains? Hello, BK? TR? Alexander? Team leadership? It's next man in I'm guessing. Bama can afford these type transfers. ND cannot. We have injury prone Keyes, Lenzy, and Austin. And then there is WR depth for 2022 if some of these guys don't return. When you don't target an elite WR, they take notice and wonder why they were ever recruited by BK in the first place. BK's job description is more than just pandering to his athletes. It's developing his athletes on the field and off. Earn your salaries. Not knowing the details, it sounds like maybe Jordan has some responsibility also. This pisses me off.

He still dreams of being rich and successful, but has gone from bouncer jobs to like jobs for 15 years since, but never followed a course to reach his goals. No one failed himself, but himself.
