This Oklahoma freshman QB is better than Mayfield, or Murray. He will be a Heisman and
first round early pick. OU will be awesome and Rattler was not that good. Lucky break they are playing this freshman now.

QB is the one spot Kelly has missed with in recruiting. Williams is already better than any QB on
ND’s roster.
He may be the best QB in the country already. However, Buchner could lead us to a title in his
career.

I can think of 6-7 QBs without even trying hard that are far better than he is….the QB that took over for Florida yday is leagues ahead of Buchner…
He’s good, but not good enough for a championship…not with Kelly and Rees as his coaches
My frustration is that I feel more times than not, Kelly has excuses for young guys especially with
the skill positions. It’s always the playbook is complex or they still need to develop, yet every year with the big programs you see really good true freshman playing and contributing and making an impact. I still can’t figure out how the coaches have missed so much at QB. To me, it’s the one position that has kept us from winning a championship. We’ve had good QB’s but still haven’t had the stud college QB.
Any stud QB who has NFL aspirations (redundant) isn’t going to come play for Kelly/Rees

True. I’ve always felt scheme and coaching are a problem on offense. We recruit very well
and even without a stud QB, there’s no reason that our offense is so putrid. This program should be at a point where we reload in. Bama lost nearly their whole starting offense from last year including all skill positions and some lineman, yet they are scoring north of 40 points per game this season. Kelly always has an excuse.
It is truly amazing I did not see the guy from Florida, he must be pretty darn good and the guy who
took over for Rattler is unbelievable, athletic as hell but with size and a dead accurate arm too. When Tua took over in the final game against Georgia, he was better than Hurts too. This seems to be happening with increasing frequency these days which in and of itself just shows you the talent out there.

And we are in almost 100% agreement on the Open. We have a decent team this year and I think we agree on that. Any talk of CFP though is just silly. That’s where we disagree.
