For those saying USC is better than Clemson, that’s just nonsense. They will get exposed at Utah, for their lack of physicality. They are finally playing someone. Look at their pathetic schedule this far.
If Utah doesn't get them, UCLA will.
I want us to burst their bubble.
But that would spare them from being mauled in the playoffs.

the secondary as is will have no problems with the Trojan’s.
Sadly for ND, USC has far more talent than the aforementioned, Cougars.

Also, Marshall had 145 yards passing against ND
And what I know is, USC is far more talented than Marshal and they will destroy ND with the talent they have, should ND play poorly again in the
secondary. And remember - Marshal beat ND and they did it convincingly.
Obviously, the ND secondary didn't need to be all that great to beat UNC or CAL. But the ND 2ndary did look lame
in both of those games.
This game. I’m taking ND’s poor secondary Under 59.5. Let me know what we are playing for.

Not 60. More like 48.
I would even go as far as to say they look somewhat vulnerable on defense. Honestly by the time we play them, if Pyne continues to progress game to game as he has, we might put up 40+ on them.
The problem is their offense looks scary good and if you look at their primary strength on offense (playing in space) its a very bad match up for a defense that has looked lost at times against everyone we've played when their guys get the ball in space. If something doesn't change between now and then (key injury, our D taking major leap forward, etc), we could need Pyne to score half a hundred just to keep it respectable.

Agree completely that Caleb's scrambling could be an issue because of the constant threat of injury. Also, UCLA looks really good to me and as an LA resident who has watched this hometown rivalry rivalry for several decades, it is the first time I have seen a UCLA team that is more physical than USC.....this will be an big game prior to ND coming to LA......
I would wager that he will be injured by the time ND gets around to playing them
games first though. One game at a time, I know everybody always says this but always true and never truer than this year.
