Link: Jekyll and Hyde Notre Dame Leaves Coaches Flustered, Fans Upset

Our qb constantly stared down his target usually Mayer.
I’ve attended some shitshow games there and that one was an All Faust, Davies, Ty Willie, Fat Chuckles disgrace on O.
The D has been okay, not great, plenty of flaws, but we could be 5-1 with their play.

Freeman should have hired an experienced Ocoord. Or at least brought in someone to tutor Rees. This current offense is beyond incompetent.
Ex.1 running the same scripted play after the penalty.
He's pretty rigid it seems. Not a good coach quality.
Not sure why he has so much autonomy, but as a HC, I would be pretty pissed that a subordinate has more control than I do
If fact, Tommy and Jack need to go at the same time.

"Eric Hansen: Hi Marie. As far as a sounding board for Tommy Rees, it's a different dynamic this season. I'd say he bounces ideas off all of the other offensive coaches, including O-line coach Harry Hiestand and TEs coach Gerad Parker, the latter of whom has offensive coordinator experience. ... But I think you are hoping for someone like David Cutcliffe to come out of retirement and take on an analyst role at ND? I was told that concept was pitched to Marcus Freeman, and that he was open to that this offseason, but I was also told by a good source that Rees was not open to it."
I first saw it mentioned after the Marshall game...don't quote me 100% since I can't find the link. When I initially read about it, I didn't think it was true but the the person seemed very confident

I am trying to hunt down the link but no luck. I found one to Irish Illustrated, but that is not where I read it

He doesn't have what it takes to lead. He allowed himself to become Rees' (and/or Jack S') puppet. He'll get no respect from anyone including the players. He's done. Again, IF (big IF) true.

That would be an unacceptable working condition as a HC
