Which all things considered, first time HC (who looked like it) got off to a very rough start, finishing that strong I think would really bode well for the future.

I'm more concerned with Freeman's team playing with more consistency going forward.
…a great HC
In that regard, second half of Navy was somewhat alarming.
could win them all as indicating our program could be on the upswing now, but if you aren't in the top 5 teams or maybe top 10 in this year, who cares about the rankings?

99% of the SC offense is 4 guys. One of those is already done for the year. If they lose another, they're in trouble.
Three running backs with basically same yardage as us
They look much more diversified than us
Meyer, pyne, Estime and Diggs
Including two mediocre teams. 13-15?
game. We'd have beat two teams that were either ranked in the CFP or on the cusp of it. We'd get in a good bowl against a quality team and have beaten them as well. Our losses were against an OSU team that is probably in the playoffs and two bad losses that occurred very early in the season which is the exact time to have losses if you need them. We'd be 10-3, finishing the season 10-1 including winning the last 7. 9 out of 17 teams ahead of us have lost 2 games already and a lot of them will have three losses by the end of the year. There will not be ton of teams with a record better than 10-3. I also think voters will take into some account that Freeman is a brand new head coach with a very new staff and will not judge him and the young men of this team on the first portion of the season when he was understandable figuring things out.
So I think if we win out, get a very good bowl game and win that and a lot of the teams ahead of us accumulate 3 losses as well, we have an outside shot of reaching the top 10.
Do you think we deserve it?
