Wait. Kizer wasn't good? In less than 2yrs, nearly 6000yds passing, 1000 rushing and 70TDS with BK?!
I'd say that was phenomenal when you're not even considered the best QB on the roster

Kizer did fine
If anything, in 2016, he did more with less. He didn't have a developed, bona fide WR1 (Fuller left early), and the guy who was supposed to be the WR1, Torii Hunter, ended up having to retire due to injuries.
That, plus he had the responsibility for making up for Brian Van Gorder's ineptitude...
