Lots of senior PT - really enjoyed that, including the Salerno TD catch (less so the fumble).
As a parent, I’ll be proud whatever my kids do but when your kid plays FB at ND and graduates, that has to feel good.
The blizzard that blew in was awesome. It was like an entirely different game, but fun. Loved it.
Bumped into Mayer early in the day. Not as tall as I expected but hands like baseball gloves & just a big kid. He said some encouraging words to my kid who also plays TE.
Was a little bummed Angeli didn’t play as were many around me.
And Rees scared the crap out of me with the pass calls at times but ultimately worked out.
Ben Morrison has the makings of something special. Will be one of the building blocks.
Happy for Foskey with the sack record.
We sat right behind Ademiola and Angeli’s parents and in the same section as all the visiting ND parents. Talked to those two a bit - very nice people. Ademiolas’ dad is a big man.
Sat right next to Jonathan Doerer - was in for the game to see friends. Very nice kid - loves Freeman. Also for the record books, was there with two smokin hot girls. My 13 YO son asked me: “do you think those are both his girlfriends?” Mom gave me a dirty look so I didn’t answer.
Hope we made some headway with the recruits in attendance.

That’s because we played Vandy of the ACC minus GT. Should of done the exact to Navy?

Just FWIW since you go to games. We were in Section 107 row 25 (we moved down to around row 15 when people cleared out). That's right behind where the players' parents and returning players sit. A little skewed since you are about on the 10 Yd line, but nice view of the field.
Anyway, if you can pick up tix on StuHub, they were very reasonable in my opinion, close to the field and you have an opportunity to talk to the parents. As a parent with an almost college age kid, I really enjoyed that. At the end of the day, the players are kids who are doing their best and are lucky to get an ND education.
And no, we didn't yell and scream all game. Really only on opposing 3d downs and when ND did something well. So pretty frequent this past Saturday.
