He's not a consistent running threat, but he's also not a statue. His 40 time is probably closer to about 4.9 or 5.0, and he's good for scrambling for a short yardage gain.
He's one who scans the field, and does it quickly and decisively. His arm strength is about average, meaning that he can hit the short and intermediate range passes with some good zip, but his long range ball is more of a pure timing throw. He's not going to be able to throw long range downfield passes on a regular basis like JJ McCarthy can, but if he's given a one on one downfield, he actually has a reasonable chance if his receiver can fight for it.
He can obviously see the receivers breaking open over the middle, and can hit them in stride.
Best part is he scans the field! Doesn't lock into one guy. Thats experience from a lot of starts
