Not quite. Not quite at all. The best guy on the field in a 7-5 vs 6-6 game.
Two crap teams. Someone has to win the trophy. He’s not bad, just not really what you expect to go and get in the portal if you’re trying to compete consistently with elite schools. There were a lot better choices.
Kind of puts a dent in the lip service up until now, IMO.

Who are the better choices that ND has a realistic shot at? Reports
are Hartman and maybe Card. Other than that I’ve seen names thrown out there but that’s it.

Problem with ND is you basically have to be a Grad transfer which is another hurdle with Card and many others.
