Seems like he is late on his decision a lot leading to trying to throw lasers and taking unnecessary hits. He also needs to learn how to scramble, for an obviously athletic guy, he really sucks at this.

You are correct!!! It's a timing issue with him that leads to him trying to fit it in a tighter window. Timing is only enhanced with live action game reps, TB will be fine!
