I don't know what that means but it was fun to hear.

….if he improves his accuracy, touch, and decision making. Buchner has the higher ceiling, but those are the kind of improvements that will likely take an extra year
..Buchner gets a lot better from what we saw in the Gator Bowl (and stays healthy) or if Hartman really struggles with picking up a new offense.
I would not count on this though as I'm sure Hartman took a good look at what we do to determine if he'd be able to pick it up and the amount Buchner needs to improve would be a lot for just one off season.
Hartman is the better quarterback.
He did not transfer to ND to sit in his final year.
He might not have gotten a guarantee.
But he most certainly got winks and nods.

and likely remain middle rounds unless he is literally the second coming.
Bryan Driskell noted Buchner has a very high ceiling with little technique adjustments to reach that ceiling - that and game experience.
Dan Patrick also noted with the transfer portal the smaller schools with smaller net worth are becoming the farm teams for the bigger schools. (Why didn’t I think of that?).
QBs to transfer and make the mascot and equipment managers to quit?
I don't see the reason why the other QBs would feel threatened by Hartman coming unless Hartman was promised the starting QB job.
First if all, we didn't "lose" Pyne, he left of his own accord. While this was his first year as a starting qb, it was his 3rd year in college football and he offers, at best, a pretty limited skill set. He is as immobile as Coan and was not a good downfield passer because he simply doesn't have the arm to pull it off. Neither of those two things are going to get any better. He played hard and as well as he could but we aren't ever going to rationally compete for the playoffs with him as the starting qb. That doesn't mean I would tout Buchner as the be-all, end-all, but he is a lot closer to a qb that can lead to the play offs because he has excellent mobility and a strong arm than Pyne. Buchner's upside is a lot higher than Pyne's. Whether Buchner ever fulfills that is left to be seen but it is likely that Pyne has already reached the top of his capabilities.
Pyne likely left because he saw the handwriting on the wall. Folks seem to forget that Buchner beat him out and anyone who logically watched the Gator Bowl saw why. With Minchey in house and theoretically Carr joining in '24 much less the presence of Angeli if he sticks, Pyne was unlikely to ever play for ND again.
Hartman is perhaps the best qb ND has had in the last 10 years. We'll see how it plays out.

Which is wonderful to hear.
Rome was egging him on, and kept calling him "Chris" in reference to the tennis player Chris Evert. He's lucky he didn't get punched...

He should have thanked Rome for the compliment.

I for one am happy that that douche bag's career has dipped into near oblivion.

They did a real nice interview with Marcus on "College Football Live". And yes, Sam might have been brought up a time or two during the show and interview.
