No wins to be vacated.

do with their players (and coaches) at 3am after partying. Probably just my cynicism, but if it walks like a duck, etc, etc....
On a side note, very curious that the authorities didn't test for alcohol. Gotta limit the potential liability for the school at all costs, I guess.
Well it was her and a few other players as well

Be held liable? What was her relationship with the player/s? Another female recruiting "staffer" was in the care, as was another player. Why were UGA female employees in the company of football players?? Could be innocent, could be part of their job...

They'd be asking the same questions I am. Can't make it any easier for you...
I can promise you, his parents wouldn't want some dork insinuating that his son was doing something wrong that night.

she was exposed. She always had a couple of dudes around her….
I paid for Quarterback Club lunches before home games at the ACC.
The food at the lunches sucked. You would hear the coach and a couple players speak before the game.
I went to a few during Holtz and Davie.
You're referring to the old University Club on ND Avenue. That was not what Dunbar was a member of.
Again, any other school would have lawyered up and fought the BS determination that Dunbar was a booster.
ND buckled because they wanted it to die quickly mostly because of her salacious relationships with players.
As I recall, she paid something like $25 to join a fan club. The NCAA, in their infinite wisdom, classified that as a booster program which made the gifts to the players illegal. The regulations, at least at the time, deemed a booster program to be an extension of the athletic department.
games.
Other than that she was just an embezzler who wanted to get railed by football players.
Pretty sure no other school would have accepted this from the NCAA. ND took its lumps though...

Whatsamatawho knows, but he doesn't care because he loves ripping ND whenever he can.
The chick embezzeled money at work and then gave gits to ND players. They had no idea where her money came from. She was never associated with the university....but it gave everyone else cheering for filthy programs a chance to rip the clean school.

Easy to assume otherwise.
I think the important questions are - were they intoxicated (all things suggest, yes)? & How fast were they going not to be able
to navigate that bend in the road?
Was driving too fast, and why was she in the company of a football player? As a parent, I'd like to know their relationship. My kid was killed by some stupid UGA employee, and was she doing something more than just her job? In fact, what is her job, and why was she involved with him that night???
But then, maybe off campus and after a UGA/NCAA event they're on their own and UGA has no
legal obligation for their safety. Conor might know better.
Drop the dime on the relationship between players and recruiting "staffers." Ultimately, two very young adults needlessly died because of stupid behavior, and that's tragic. But, for the player's relatives, I'm pretty sure they'll have something to say....
