Anyone here going? I'm still on the fence. Might be a gameday decision to make the one hour trek.

Use the email addresses (or text if they agree) of people who come to Saturday’s blue-gold game. Ask them if they’d like to be included on a list which may provide discounted tickets.
People that make time for you on a chilly Saturday, are likely people who will show and cheer on the Irish during football & basketball season.
The idea, imho, should be to pack the place every Saturday & be loud & proud.
Make filling the house a priority, instead of making sure everyone pays full boat.
Games against lesser opponents and/or cold weather games, if on the Tuesday of game week ND is sitting on stacks of unsold tickets, you email/text the minuteman list. Cut price tickets $25/adult/parent $5/kid, students with a Catholic school ID $10, Catholic school teachers $10, Police fire first responders $10. Veterans $10 active military in uniform free.
Try this: We, at Notre Dame, will work within your budget. We know it’s tough times for the average American family. We care about you & and we are all in this together.
You know the rules of the minutemen & minutewomen
1) be on your best behavior
2) cheer for the Irish
Failure to do either will result in removal from the minuteman & minutewoman list.
Again, ND PTB, take this idea and run with it. Say it was your idea. Pack the house, leave some money on the table, embrace your roots as the hometown team of the common man/woman regardless of where they live.
Notre Dame God’s Team & America’s Team 🙏🇺🇸🍀🏈
All the best, Go Irish!
I will be there...
(I may leave after 20 minutes though.)
is always painfully boring in person.
...regard.
At one point, many years ago, the "Spring Game" was called the "Old Timers" game and it pitted ND players who had graduated against the varsity. My Pops piled us all into the wagon and off we went to the game. This was probably about 60 years ago or so.
