He was never going to get any meaningful PT at WR.

And he really would have needed a redshirt year this season if he had any hopes of cracking the 2-deep at CB. I can see why he transferred. Much better chance of getting in the CB rotation at Ohio State. Good luck to him.

You can't be serious he would play over those inexperienced WRs who couldn't see the field as Fr, I mean his Fr year he caught 8 for 136 in a Bowl game!

Yeah, they moved him to CB because he was a sure fire starter at WR.

Gimme a break, the kid had one foot out the door and didn't want to compete with FRESHMEN!!!

He also got passed by Tyree (who has 4.3 speed in reality). Tyree has never played WR.

Going all in on a career playing football is a huge mistake for the majority.

But who amongst us would resist the potential thrill to be a star?

At 20, a degree from a very good University seems trivial in comparison.

It just means more playing time for Matt Salerno and Chris Tyree

Per Stuckey:”We hit on all 3 WR’s in recruiting” with a 4th highly rated guy starting in June.

Styles dropped balls, not just a few. He will make a great CB or a decent college WR, but he was passed by inc talent and Tobias Merriweather and Tyree has looked great.

Sad to see him go, but he should consider again before doing this.

Last year, he had a bad quarterback situation, and an offensive line that started out of the gate pretty slowly.

I was hoping that after two years of game experience, a solid running game to open up passing routes, along with a much improved quarterback situation, and a veteran offensive line ready to go, that he would have really thrived.

We saw flashes of his potential in the Fiesta Bowl, when he was a true freshman. I really thought he would have thrived after seeing last year's North Carolina game, where he came up with several clutch catches.

Anyways, best of luck to him. He has the talent, and I hope he can exhibit it to his potential wherever he may land, as long as it's not against a rival team that could beat us.

I’m not surprised. Last year he really struggled. And I’m assuming Chris Tyree passed him already. Best of luck to him.
