If the crystal ball is correct, then we're in for a treat. A lot of the bigger programs want him (Georgia, LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, TAMU, USC, and a few others), and I suspect his offer list will continue to grow in the next few months.
#173 player overall, 4 star DE (edge), big framed, but lean. He understands leverage and technique very well, has great acceleration, and catches up to QB's and RB's in the backfield, or can adjust and get to the receiver on a screen play.
Having him and Bryce Young in the same class gives us a very nice bookend pair.
He'll definitely help make up the imbalance in this class (heavy on offense, lighter on defense right now).

Seems like a done deal with Afaele canceling his OV. Young might be a SDE, but right now he’s projected as a DT. I’d still like to see them get Mylachai Williams or Rushing. You won’t hear any complaints from me if they miss on Rushing but get Thomas & Williams.

Where I said Thomas was CB’d to ND. He’s far & away their highest ranked commit on D.
Also, Scott to Miami seems likely. That’s not good since their only other pure interior DL is another 3* project.

That name doesn't ring a bell.
Either that, or he's on my ignore list for some good reason or another.
But, if he wants to scream and holler at taking a mid-level 4 star prospect who will surely rise even higher, that's his God-given right to do so, just as it's my God-given right to flush his opinion down the toilet with today's waste.

I'm not about to ruin this morning's experience of a hot cup of coffee and a bear claw pastry.
Stop being melodramatic. Before Thomas commits, which he will, the D class has been garbage. Stop pretending otherwise.
