They both were surpassed by the likes of Emery Jr, Trey Sanders, Ealy and Charbonnet but Ford ended up at 5th and high 4* and Cain right behind him at 6th. He looked amazing as a underclassmen.

Thread Level: 2

Can he play safety?

a red shirt freshamn and incoming true freshman who have not seen the field yet to know what we are getting.
Seems prudent given the scholarship availability.
It also allows Tyree to stay in the slot WR position if there is an injury.
If all are healthy, I very much doubt this guy ever sees the field in anything other than special teams...if that.

Price is coming off a major injury and Payne hasn't made it thru a season in 3 years!

He was offered a chance to compete, duh…of course. If he’s Barry Sanders 2.0, he’ll play. But we are very stacked at RB IF healthy. This move was in case we aren’t healthy. Wise move.

Thread Level: 3

Probably picked up to fill the departure of Diggs. Not saying he will step into his role. Unknown

He's here to provide depth at RB or MF might be seeing him somewhere on defense.

Thread Level: 3

I would think he’s replacing the loss of Diggs.

Its more his burst and how quickly he reaches top speed as he ran 4.47 in camp after his JR year and right under sub 4.4 (4.38) at Penn St. He's shown pretty good speed on long runs (81yd TD) but compared to a guy like Singleton he's a few strides slower over that distance but his burst from 0-30 is very impressive.
