No indication on whether or not he declares for the draft, but at this point, I'm simply glad that we'll have him for the Sun Bowl.

And pay them a sufficient amount to cover the taxes on the policies. Can't cost that much, and it seems like a smart and fair thing to do.

Harrison came to ND as a safety, was moved to linebacker, and then moved back to safety where he shined and became an all-pro in the NFL. Watts came in as a receiver, went to linebacker and turned into a great safety. I think NFL teams would want a guy like that who knows how to be resilient. Would love to have him return to ND but I can definitely see him to taking advantage while the iron is still hot.
but we have had top quality at that position.
