Didn’t come off as whining to me….just stating what happened.

I'm convinced. While Bama will continue to be a strong program under Nick, they are in their sunset years as a dynasty and won't intimidate teams the way they used to.
Every Alabama game I watched this year had multiple bad snaps. Really bad ones. It had nothing to do with clapping. It was a bad center.

If it was a season long issue, then was it bad mechanics or he thought he heard claps all season long? I hope the Tide fans, media, and the dudes with the youtube channels go easy on him. I think it was actually very charitable that Bama was willing to let someone else have the trophy for a change. Still don't like the play call, but what do I know?
He has been the center at Alabama for multiple years, and produced very well.
I see no reason why he couldn't play guard at his new school, and do a fine job.
I thought maybe he was short-arming quick snaps because he was having trouble with his blocking assignments.
But just a guess on my part.
I wish the guy the best, rough night at the office though.
Maybe he shakes it off and comes back strong next year.
