Williams/Maye/Daniels are likely to go 1.2.3. depending on who owns the picks. Nobody is going to pass on one of those three and get Fields. Arizona isn't going to take a qb and will likely keep #4 and take Harrison. Fields isn't worth anything more than a 3rd round pick so it will take a whole lot more than the 9th and Fields to get one of the top three.
If the Bears stay @ #1, they won't stay there and pick Harrison. There are at least 3 other high quality WRs (Oduzne (Wash), Nabors (LSU) and Coleman (FSU)) that are well regarded enough to be not that much different than Harrison. Chances are all 4 of these guys will be drafted by #15. If they are smart and want to stay with Fields which is unlikely, they'd be better off trading down from one and get a chance draft a OL/DL/WR/CB in the top 15 plu whatever other premium picks they can garner.
If the Bears don't pick a QB at #1, they are more likely (and it would be a smart move) to trade to another qb needed team (Vegas, Atlanta, etc) and get multiple high-quality picks to restock their team at multiple positions. And what if NE at #3 falls in love with one of the QBs and is willing to trade with the Bears?
He's the best player in the draft, and as a WR, he's much more likely to make an impact as a rookie.
I strongly doubt they'd be able to land Williams in a trade-up situation... They'd have to give up a boatload of high draft picks to trade up, and I don't think ol' Fingernails is going to be on the board for that long.
Besides, if it came down to Justin Fields as a 4th year player who has shown steady improvement, versus a rookie with an attitude issue, they'd probably be better off sticking with Fields. Having Harrison on the field would make any quarterback look better.

Game plan a complete failure. Fields didn't have much of a chance. Defense only gave up 17pts.
but the game never really looked in doubt. You saw Fingernails when
ND pummeled his ass. He'll have is ass handed to him again when he is drafted by whatever bad team.
Bears need to trade the pick and get as many players/picks they can.
