Six so far, including another two legacies.

Is Tommy's skillset for linebacking the same as Ron III's skillset for quarterbacking or can Tommy play a little bit?
Looking at his reel, he seems to be a decent high school player, and has a good sense of anticipation.
But, as anyone will know, the scout teams are littered with many players who were football gods in their high school days.

5 touchdown passes and stood in the pocket and took some hard shots right in the chest and still completed passes. I remember my brother in law, a Jets fan, saying my gosh he stays in the pocket and delivers the ball better than the Jets QBs who he said never do that. The next week he led a drive that should have been a winning drive against Michigan but alas, Todd Collins completed a miracle pass on 3rd down while falling down that kept the last drive going for Michigan. That drive eventually led to a similarly length field goal as the one they missed in 1988, that would have beaten us our last national title. It did not help that Lee Becton had two first half fumbles that gave Michigan a short field. After that we lost to BC and the season went downhill. People rag on Powlus but he played some good ball for us.
scUM I was at...Wasn't that a controversial ending, Joel Williams ruled out of bounds on a potential game winning TD pass.True,Powlus didn't live up to hype, but he wasn't the bum some portray him to be.
against scum in 1986 he caught, and it would have been turned over on replay if it existed. If I remember correctly it was on the cover of Sports Illustrated.
Never going to live up to the hype. His HS program in Berwick PA was legendary and he was the best to come out of it perhaps ever.
said he was performing superbly up until that injury. If he would have had Randy Moss instead of Emmit Mosely it might have made a huge difference. I believe it would have.
