Post this due to her being ND alumni and perhaps posters on the board will push a loved one or friend to get mammograms. She was fortunate it was an early diagnosis.
I work in oncology so consider this a public service message.
Apologies if it’s not appropriate.

She caught it early on by being proactive, even without symptoms.
Wish her only the best outcome.
time and they have always respected her.
Hanna from Atlanta…not to be confused with Trish the Dish, class of ‘82. Good looking women were few and far between back then on campus. Both still look great at 63-64 yrs old. Good genes. Went to HS with a girl who became Miss New Jersey in 1983 or 1984. She is gorgeous to this day.

She's one of the ND family, and certainly a part of ND Football.
I wish her the best and speediest of recoveries. Since it's early and that she's in decent health, the full range of treatments are available, and the multipronged approach should do a much better job than chemo alone.
It would be even better if the cancer's mutation is one of the types that be treated with immunotherapy, which would make this a much better chance of getting a quick, clean sweep.
