Schools are putting in a lot of time to get the best players coming out of high school. Unfortunately they can be one and done like Flores. All that time recruiting him and nothing to show for it. Set a doller amount either the school or the player has to pay back to transfer. Colorado wouldn't have been able to turn over their roster like they did without feeling it. When the NFL has a better business model than colleges it's time for something to be done. Unfortunately the NCAA is worthless unless the money is going into their pocket.
present professional services type NIL contracts to players with restrictive clauses
that would probably include, forfeit or refund of NIL money paid out. The colleges
would also somehow have to indirectly collude to develop a standard contract with
common restrictions to prevent players from shopping around for better contract
terms.
P.S. this initial post doesn't bother me because the speculation is
relevant and makes sense.

down or anything like that. It is a reasonable post. Not all post are created equal.
At least you are reasonable and have some common sense.
