inexperience was showing today.
I think DL will be one of ND's strengths in 2024 but how much must the OL have to mature & gel in order to make the playoff next season. Replacing Alt & Fisher plus an injured Spindler is concerning.
I'm also concerned about the WR group.
I know it's just Spring practice & key WRs didn't play today but I was disappointed Kris Mitchell didn't play with the 1's & outside the long TD catch, he was pretty much invisible as I thought he was the biggest addition at WR during the 1st transfer portal period.
to them which is a LOT more important for an OL than a DL.
We do have a tackle issue imo, but it is as bad as it looked in the BG game.
After I typed that, I realized it might be replayable on Peacock. I'll google other possible sources later.

They looked good against Oregon State. They played one of the most talented from sevens in football.
RT is an issue right now and Baker/Wagner don’t seem to be the answer. Baker is huge but doesn’t move nearly well enough. Wagner moves great but is not near big enough. Neither are a great solution.
Great C, three great G’s, Jagusah will only continue to improve and will be fine. RT is an issue, though.
He's already pretty polished as a high school player, and has excellent footwork and technique.
Either that, or move one of the guards to tackle.
don't take anything you see in the spring game too seriously.
(Second rule is not to take anything too seriously.)
We have time to work and improve.
My only concerns are:
A young OL starting on the road against A&M
A kicking game that looks a little iffy.
Otherwise we should be a playoff contender.
