the evil of alcoholism. I think it is the worst addiction as far as the effects of your ability to achieve your goals and dreams. The only guys I have seen able to function with alcoholism in the back of their mind were Moose Krause and my father in law, a former school superintendent. But my father in law suffered a stroke because of it and survived when given only a 10 percent chance to live. His being in a coma actually helped rid the body of the poison from alcohol but sadly his physical health is horrible and is in a nursing home.

I'm proud of Mr. Floyd, and how he took steps to overcome his alcoholism. He's not out of the woods yet, but I think he's solidly on the right track, and has a great support network with him.
