It's a shame, since this kid is an excellent talent, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.
It's absolutely critical that we land at least one of the three high profile targets remaining. I feel very good about getting Tanook Hines.
Not saying Stanford does but we have done little to offer a top WR in terms of stardom or development. There has to be on field improvement this year.

it is a loss because now we are down to three targets, and really need two of those three.
WR's are a dime a dozen these days, but how many in the TP go to classes and have credits that would be counted at Notre Dame? Not as many, but they are out there.
Losing Hines would hurt more. Losing Robinson, even more, but losing Meadows would be a "gut punch".
I know your hoping for it, but you need to wait a bit longer to find out if you can rejoice over a significant ND recruiting loss (it's been slim pickings for you these last few years).
