Morrison, Gray, Watts, and Shuler all had really good games. There were a few slipups, including a couple of green mistakes by Shuler, and even one bad guess from Morrison, but the rest of the secondary was in place to contain these mistakes, minimizing the damage.
TAMU tried to attack Gray, and he responded very well.
There were frequent substitutions by the backups, and they played a solid game as well, allowing the starters to stay fresh, even after TAMU had a couple of sustained drives in that weather.
I'd also have to give kudos to Rod Heard, who made a really nice play from the nickel position, basically picking up where a highly underrated Thomas Harper played last year. He played well in coverage, even if the stats don't tell the true story (1 TFL recorded).
This is the deepest secondary we've had in quite a while. It's a far cry from 2018, where losing even one starter meant disaster (Julian Love in the playoffs, for example).

There were some initial missed tackles, but there was always someone to clean it up, and minimize the damage.
I don't recall TAMU getting any significant chunk plays (20+ yards) on offense.
