Let’s talk about our punter - I know it was his first game but I expected more
1. I understand a different punting style and dropping of the ball but it seemed like he wasn’t swinging all out?
2. Placement of a punt is a lost art but not when we are inside our own 30 yard line.
3. I noticed however that due to his technique the ball does seem to roll forward at a quick pace.
What does everyone else think?

Good and bad
He only takes one step before striking the ball, which is very unique. Obviously good from the perspective of giving the defenders less time to block his punts, but less time for our coverage unit to get to the punt receiver. He gets a good roll on the ball. Seems like that is the plan - get it off quickly and let it roll. Overall I thought he was effective.
night game - he was in a food coma from hitting the Golden Corral early bird
3:30 games are going to be his sweet spot
