Show the world we have an explosive offense over the next few weeks and the Coaches and AP Poll will
keep us near the top. Defense passes the eye test of the media (well disciplined, stout, and more athletic than typical ND defenses - especially the back end), now the offense needs to do the same to say we are a championship contender.

My two cents: with 12 team Playoff these polls should be more fluid than before, ie Oregon...
stunk it up vs a weak team and they should drop below Notre Dame, Ol Miss, and Penn State who all looked better this week.
I can see having the order of ND and Ol Miss switched at 5 and 6 but no justification for coaches poll to move only Ol Miss ahead of Oregon instead of both (really all 3). AP almost got it right but kept them ahead of Penn State.
Even ESPN moved ND up to #5 in their power rankings...
