subtle digs at us. I have no examples, I don’t write down what any of them say, the announcers, obviously. But he has always struck me as someone who either damned us with faint praise, or, even more unbearably, patronized us by praising our valiant effort in losses to teams like Clemson and his alma mater.
Again - it’s just my perception. ND is cool for the moment, so he is talking nice.
I know he’s a fine dude. No objection to him as a guy in any way. But I do not believe he likes ND.
If he wasn't a Tosu alum he could almost be mistaken as an ND fan at times.
What the hell he’s talking about.
But then again I don’t get into all this vitriolic hate people have for college football announcers.
I could care less where he went to school. Hell half the people on this board didn’t even go to Notre Dame.
Graham transferred in and took away his potential playing time at Ohio State. He probably has a little bias like we all do some ways in life, but he is pretty darn good as far as football knowledge. When we are good he acknowledges it. Fowler is blatantly biased in my opinion.
