I thought Leonard would be an upgrade over Hartman. He's not!

Offense leaves a lot to be desired. Play calling is terrible also.

Hartman could make all of the throws and still had reasonable mobility.

Leonard has better mobility, but can't pass the ball downfield. He reminds me of Bobby Hebert back when he had a really bad elbow injury and couldn't chuck the ball more than 10 yards.
