I don’t think he’s completely healthy yet
He might be at 85-90%, which may be enough to limit him as an every down TE. There’s also the issue of the OL having all of 16 total starts among them (10 of which are this year). TEs may be needed to help out.

He had a couple good catches today. I think he is just being eased back in.
Maybe not All-America caliber this year but still a reliable receiver. Hopefully his convalescence will hasten and can be that target over the middle.
