Why do many of you feel the ND students are off limits?
I think they are not much of a factor.

They were loud, especially when booing that shit product on the field.
(no message)Dead-eye Pete with 20 pounds of swingin' meat.-
Level 2
Exactly. I don’t think that helps.
Be true to your school. Essentially they were booing themselves.

Level 3
Then don’t bad mouth then on a blog
Booing snd bad mouthing on a blog is the same damn thing, but one is permanent.

“I prefer a state college kid that works his ass off over a pampered little child”
You make no sense. NIU is a state school.
ND is a private school.
Many of the ND students have tuition paid by their parents.
Do you read your own posts?

You ever hear of context you petulant child
You were saying you can complain about the team because your mommy and daddy paid for you to go to Notre Dsme and unless you went there you aren’t entitled to have an opinion. Well I say STFU you entitled little whiner.
I paid for my school, and chose a state college. That does not prevent fir rooting for a team I followed my entire life.

It’s your quote. No logic. Just your drunken venom.
Just a guy with no real connection to ND.
A troll trying to get threads locked
Everybody on both boards knows that.

Off Limit - No / Absolutely petty by you - Yes
Students are allowed to look sad and disappointed about their team losing? Don’t root for ND if you’re going to be so damn petty. Just go away.
-
Level 2
I’m an ND grad. I can criticize my own .
I honestly feel they can step it up a notch or two.
Based on my experience.
-
Level 3
It’s petty and juvenile
They boo’d … guess what, so would I. Complain about the QB production, or lack thereof, and the play calling. Complaining about 20 year olds that were disappointed … lame and pathetic.
My father was a WWII naval aviator. Despite going to USC after the war, he was a Notre Dame fan. As you should know, the Navy at that time, kept Notre dame afloat. My family helped you go to a university that otherwise would have gone under. I have a right to share my disappointment, but I’m not bitching about students who … wait for it … DID NOT PLAY.
-
Level 4
I am responsible for me getting into ND. period.
We didn’t boo our classmates.
That’s not ND.
Notre Dame survived under the protection of the BVM.
You don’t get to boo ND or lecture true ND grads because you had a family member in the Navy,
That is absurd.
-
Level 5
I disagree!
I paid for my college and did not want to go into debt at a private university. The fact that you had privilege (probably family paid) is BS and a ridiculous argument. I prefer a state college kid that works his ass off over a pampered little child.
The fact that I had a naval connection and a devout Catholic mother that loved Notre Dame from our early Chicago roots led me to root for the Irish. Your parents paying tuition does not make a difference.
But keep calling Omani 20 year olds showing disappointment, while you bitch and complain about every aspect of the team on this blog. That makes you a HYPOCRITE.

Now you are just comically making up stuff to justify your fantasy.
I wasn’t a silver spoon. That’s just utter nonsense.
You are making stuff up.
You have no real connection to ND.
That’s a fact.

Level 7
Fantasy? 😂😂😂
Dude you mean zero to me. I just read some blow hard talking shxx about 20 year olds and I’m calling you out as a pathetic bixxx. Get a life.
-
Level 8
Calling me out? I can’t hear you.
You can bluster all you like.
You intimidate no one. Thanks for the laughs.
Cheers!

It’s one thing to boo fellow students but most of these guys in the NIL age are either semi or real
pros. I don’t blame the students, but wouldn’t have personally done it.

-
Level 6
You don’t know that shit for brains. I said I don’t blame them for booing, but I wouldn’t do it
personally. And I wouldn't, but whether they were booing the players, the coaches or all of the above, I understand why they did it.

Re: Uh … your point?
Talking shxx on a blog and bad mouthing the team is the same as booing so STFU.
