I was okay with the hire. I was okay with growing pains. However, he is proving not to be a learner from painful experiences. He and his staff's are repeating the same mistakes multiple times over. This is a glaring problem that does not lead to winning football. He has also not shown the ability to correct a problem. He's willing to discuss it and talk around solutions but he's not willing to implement or execute on the obvious issue at hand.
