I've been singing this tune for years. They add nothing. Zero.
And the never ending camera shots of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, wives, girlfriends, friends with benefits. Really lame soap opera sideline stories. Quips about QBs telling his teammates to play hard. Middle school questions presented to the HC. Take me back to the days of Dr Jerry Punch, the late great Adrian Karsten, Alex Flannigan, Michelle Tafoya. Sideline reporters with inteligent contributions to the broadcast.
