what matters is MF and ND didn't make WestcoastIrish and like minded ND "fans" look good and perform to their lofty expectations.
That's the true litmus test of whether a coach or player should be retained or not.
I've worked in healthcare software sales for 40+ yrs, albeit, not with
the same company. When I 1st started out (right out of college) and didn't hit my #'s after my 2nd year, there was no sympathy by my boss that I was young or just starting out, etc. I was shown the door. Gotta love this college coaching racket....bunch of knucklehead phys. ed. majors earning $$$ they never dreamed of and getting all of the excuses in their favor. Now I know what I'm coming back as in my next lifetime!
