How so many of you haven't jumped to being UGA or OSU or Texas is a testament to your dedication to supporting ND and her players.
Good on ya, but you really should jump ship and go support a team and players that deserve your amazing gifts as supremely knowledgeable and die hard "fans".
You deserve better.

Wish I could buy into this acceptance of mediocrity. It be so much easier to go through life.

Who's accepting being a loser? Expecting perfection from a coach early in his third year seems
unreasonable. Dabo took time to win it all. Harbaugh was almost run out of Ann Arbor before he turned it around. Notre Dame does not have the advantages the program had in Holtz's time. It takes time to build a program. The keyboard coaches know better than the actual coaches and piss and moan when we don't look like Georgia every week. A win isn't good enough. Kelly was too inflexible, Freeman is too sold on this qb instead of that qb.
Commenting about the team is what this board is about, but some just piss, moan, and belittle the coaches, players, recruits, and second guess everything. Some of these posters make it hard to see a difference between UHND vs NDNation.

Persons have stated that Freeman refuses to pull Leonard regardless what the assistant coaches
think. They say he doesn't have a sense of urgency. These same commentors complained about purple-face Brian. We are all greatly disappointed by the Northern Illinois game, but if anyone thinks the coaches don't understand ND's playoff path is enormously more difficult and the coaches aren't upset by the NI results, they are delusional.
Commentors think the coaches don't see Leonard's passing deficiencies, which is nonsense. I believe Carr will be starting this year or next year at the latest. The coaches are at practice and know better than we do who is ready, who isn't, and each qb's current strengths and weaknesses. If we win against Louisville, will they still be bitching about NI?
The objective is to run the table and make the playoffs
That means winning the rest of our games and not just Louisville.
We are in agreement. I believe the coaches agree too and are making decisions to win every game and
continue to develop the players that will give ND the best chance of running the table and hopefully make some hay in the playoffs. If/when they think Carr/Minchey/Angeli are ready, or give them the best chance to win against a specific opponent, I believe they will make that decision, but I believe it is correct to talk up your current qb (until you make a change).
