When are the powers that be at Notre Dame going to wake up and realize that a great, GREAT many of us are NOT going to buy the Peacock to watch one game?
Most of us pay hefty cable TV fees to get NBC so we can watch all the Notre Dame home games there, and we damned sure aren't about to pay even more money to watch a game that is SUPPOSED to be a part of our cable company's carrying NBC's Notre Dame home games.
The powers that be better wake up and realize that all they are doing is pissing off the loyal fan base... and that is NEVER a good marketing strategy
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
You’re going to save a lot of money
Compared to the price of beer these days… it’s a bargain.
Talk to me about East Coast toll roads
$7.99!

Yep! Sure is $7.99 a month and you can cancel at any time.
HOWEVER, that is not the point. The point is that NBC and the powers that be at Notre Dame are trying to make me pay $7.99 MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY!!!
Even if it were two cents more its still wrong and a shitty marketing idea.
PLUS... you can listen to the game on radio on Saturday and a couple of day later see it on YouTube and I'm not paying anything more. So why in the hell would I pay one penny more than I should have to pay???
Wrong is wrong regardless of the price!!!!!
Things that tough that $96/year makes a difference? Seriously?

Fine! You want to be played, go ahead!
There is some other decent stuff on it as well.
Well, like most smart asses who think they know everything... you are just playing right into the hands of NBC.
Sure! Its only $7.99 THIS YEAR. But what will you say when they decide to make 2 games exclusively on Peacock for $9.99 a game?
And then four games for $12.99 each.
And then ALL HOME GAMES for $100.
What will you say then, dumb ass!
Wise up, fool! They count on idiots like you who are dumb enough to be played!!!

P.T. Barnum was right... there is a sucker born every minute... and you're it.
Say! While I've got your attention... I have some really lovely ocean front property in Kansas and I'd be willing to let you have it at bargain rates. Interested?
