Any player can leave at any time for any reason. Even quit mid season.

It’s just a matter of how many each school loses or pushes to leave.

So, effectively, nobody is in control u can lose 1 guy or 30. And u can suggest the same amount goes and take that number out of the portal. Its a total mess other than guys staying to finish a degree.

The Covid year will eliminate some of this when those guys are done
