I think you're just making up shit...Clark's defenses were elite, made playoff in 2 of 3 years here.

I don't recall that. I believe Lea was roundly liked & respected as a great coordinator by ND fans

And no one disliked Elko before that either except that he left after just one year. Remember, they replaced Brian VanGorder as DC and asst DC. We were all grateful.

He was very well liked here at ND, and did a very fine job.

He's also a very level headed character, and I never saw him throw a Brian Kelly-type, purple faced tantrum.
