A massive injury year. Any thoughts on possible correlations to new Strength & Conditioning program?

Injuries are part of the game but they seem high and more severe this year.

Landow is well-known for having success

I strongly doubt that it's Loren Landow's progarm. He has had success at every level, and is very well-respected for what he does.

You don't get that kind of respect if your program causes injuries, like Paul Longo's methods.

The amount of non contact injuries is insane. It is not a panacea, injuries will happen, but the body acts much differently on artificial surfaces versus natural grass.

You can't really strengthen and condition joints.

He already continues with his attitude since the NIU loss. He might as well parlay that into our injury situuation and take appropriate action, whatever that may be.
