Texas got away with an obvious holding on the throw from the end zone. The Georgia lineman's jersey was completely stretched out.
The refs can reconsider it.

Either they can huddle (while peeking at the replay board) to fix egregious calls across the board in all games (not just ones where home crowd gets rowdy enough) or you don't do it in any games.
We've taken our fair share of L's from egregious PI calls, but it was always 'oh, so sorry, those just aren't reviewable, nothing we can do...you can send a written complaint to the league though'
because it was at Texas's home park.
Possible they would have discussed it even if there was not a delay. No way to tell.
